It was successful. WebWell-maintained, absolutely beautiful. This was only my second backpacking trip, and we hiked in on Saturday 8/6 to Enchanted Valley, and out on Sunday 8/7. As a novice backpacker, I was glad to have a very experienced distance backpacker friend with me to give pointers and help me with pacing.
