WebbThanks for the pictures that helps a lot! This is actually what's called a reed organ or pump organ. The two foot pedals are continuously pumped while playing to provide air to the bellows. The sound is produced by that air going over sets of reeds (like in a harmonica or accordion). Unfortunately these organs aren't worth much anymore.
