The horse carriage has been known to be very wacky when your FPS is over 60 as well (usually it flies all over the place), so I think that's worth mentioning just in case your FPS is not set to below 60. psg match wednesday

"Webb30 juli 2013 · The fix is to lower the Hz when u are playing skyrim to 60Hz. i have played the game after the intro with 120Hz with some odd glitches, but not too many. so all u need to do is change from 120Hz to 60Hz, hope this helps.
